1. The operator and these terms

Creator, also referred to as Creator Operations, is operated by KELBRIO TRADE LTD., Bulgaria, European Union. Contact: stoyankopanov@gmail.com.

These terms describe the permitted use of the application and this informational website. Access to operational features is limited to operators and participants specifically authorized by KELBRIO. This website does not provide public self-registration or guarantee access to a social account.

The application is under development. Current integration work concerns authorized account access and basic verification. Intended publishing, analytics, messaging and AI-production functions require separate implementation and activation.

2. Authorized access and use

You may use Creator only for a legitimate purpose and within the authority granted to you by KELBRIO, the account owner and the relevant platform. You are responsible for ensuring that you own, manage or have permission to act for every connected account.

• Use only the account roles, access permissions and credentials you are entitled to use.
• Keep access credentials confidential and notify KELBRIO if access may be compromised or your authority has ended.
• Respect account-owner instructions and any limits on the approved task.
• Obtain any approvals required before publishing, messaging, advertising or changing account permissions.

Technical access does not by itself authorize every available action. A granted API permission is not permission to act outside the operator’s approved purpose.

3. Prohibited activity

You must not use the application to:

• Access accounts or information without proper authorization, circumvent platform restrictions or interfere with security controls.
• Send spam, harass people, impersonate others, or publish deceptive or unlawful content.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.
• Collect, disclose or reuse personal information for an unauthorized purpose.
• Misrepresent AI-generated assets or any association with KELBRIO or a third-party platform.
• Damage the service, introduce malicious code or misuse credentials.

KELBRIO may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect accounts or comply with law or platform requirements.

4. Content and intellectual property

You must have the rights and permissions needed for any content or assets used in an authorized workflow. Original creator assets, third-party materials and AI-assisted output require appropriate rights review; generation or availability alone does not establish ownership or permission.

You retain rights you already hold in your content, subject to any separate lawful agreement. KELBRIO’s processing of content must remain within the approved purpose and the applicable privacy and platform requirements. These terms do not grant a general right to reuse another person’s content or identity.

KELBRIO’s name, application design and original materials may not be used to imply an endorsement or affiliation without authorization. Meta, Facebook and Instagram names and rights belong to their respective owners.

5. Third-party platforms and services

Facebook and Instagram are independently operated by Meta. Their terms, policies, account roles, API permissions and technical limits apply to activity conducted through their services. KELBRIO does not control platform approval, account eligibility, API availability or the continuation of a third-party permission.

You must comply with the relevant Meta Platform Terms and any other platform rules applicable to the approved activity. Creator is not sponsored or endorsed by Meta.

Third-party hosting, development and communication providers may support the system. Their data-handling roles are described in the Privacy Policy to the extent relevant to the current application.

6. Personal information and deletion

Use of personal information must be consistent with the application’s actual purpose, the account owner’s authority, applicable data-protection law and the Privacy Policy.

For access, correction, objection or deletion requests, contact stoyankopanov@gmail.com. The Data Deletion Instructions explain how to request removal of information held by KELBRIO and how this differs from disconnecting access through Meta.

7. Availability and changes

Creator is being developed and its features may change, be suspended or be withdrawn. Features described as under development are not a promise of a delivery date or a currently available service. Access may also be affected by platform changes, outages, revoked permissions or security requirements.

KELBRIO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or particular publishing, commercial or audience outcomes. Any separate written service commitment remains subject to its own terms and mandatory law.

We may update these terms as the application develops. The last-updated date identifies the version published on this website. Where required, material changes will be communicated to the affected users.

8. Applicable law and legal rights

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to the person concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Questions and disputes should first be raised with KELBRIO at stoyankopanov@gmail.com so they can be reviewed in good faith. This does not remove the right to contact a competent regulator or seek a remedy before the courts determined by applicable law.
